VIDEO: Prusax releases new single and memorable clip

Currently, the most recent new domestic rapper Prusax has released an energetic single “W (As it should be)” and, celebrating his return to the audience, invites you to a meeting at this summer’s concerts and major festivals.

The authors of the song “W (As it should be)” are Prusax himself (Rihards Jānis Ķullītis) and Kristaps Meijers, but it was produced by guys with the stage names elgrounde and ayosauce. The video clip of the song was shot in various locations in Latvia. Finnish cameraman Julian Riconen co-created it, the animation was created by 3D artist Jacky, and the video was edited by the Buddyski brothers.

“It simply came to our notice then. I finally feel in a good place again to create and share everything I have to say. A new sound and new “vaibi” can be heard in the single, there will be something for every fan here, “says Prusax about the song.

“Now is a strange time to work on creative things and plan work, but despite everything that is going on around us, we need to keep moving, and I plan to do so throughout 2022. I am currently actively working on my second studio album, which will be released to listeners soon, ”informs Prusax. It is planned that this summer he will perform at major Latvian festivals, as well as other events and concerts.

It should be recalled that Prusax began its musical career in 2017 with the debut single “Xvizits”, but became known to the general public as one of the members of the association “New Wavy”, winning the hearts of listeners with hits such as “Sports Hours”, “First League” and “Rapist of a rap game”. In 2020, the critically acclaimed debut album “A +” was nominated for the Latvian Music Record of the Year Award “Golden Microphone” in the categories “Hip-Hop Album of the Year” and “Debut of the Year”. Currently, Prusax is one of the most active performers of the new Latvian hip-hop school, but in 2021 he started cooperating with Universal Music Group.
