WARTAKOTALIVE.COM, BOGOR – Officially the Bogor City Police held a release related to the case of the arrest of the perpetrators who were involved in the incident which claimed lives, namely Arya Saputra class X SMK.
The three perpetrators were presented directly at the Bogor City Police Headquarters during a press conference, Tuesday (14/3/2023).

However, the main actor in this incident, ASR has not been successfully secured, however, the Bogor City Police will continue to pursue and arrest ASR, who is known to have slashed Arya with a gobang type blade at the time of the incident.
The three perpetrators who were arrested were, MA (17) who played the role of the owner of the motorbike and sharp weapons of the gobang type, SA (18) who played the role of disposing of sharp weapons evidence and at the time of the incident SA also wanted to beat Arya using the hat he was wearing at that time. but missed and an unnamed person played a role in hiding the MA and SA.

“The one who is still at large is ASR alias T. He was the one who hacked,” said Bogor City Police Chief Kombes Pol Bismo Teguh Prakoso to reporters.
There is also evidence that was also secured, namely a long gobang, the victim’s clothes, CCTV camera footage and others.
For their actions, the perpetrators were threatened with Article 76 C in conjunction with Article 80 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 35 of 2014 amendment to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 15 years and or a fine of Rp. 3 billion and Article 338 of the Criminal Code, a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison .
