The vehicle had crashed from an overpass during a police chase.

A group of police officers managed to pull a man out of a burning car in Orem, Utah, after the car crashed from an overpass on Thursday during a police chase.

In the recording, which was recorded by the body camera of one of the agents and that the local police has published on their official Facebook page, it is observed how the policemen get out of their vehicle and run towards the scene of the accident, where they find a burning car and a man trapped inside.

One of the policemen tries to open the car door, but seeing that it is impossible, the agents choose to take the man out through the hole in the broken window, after which they drag him away from the car.

In the images it is also seen how the uniformed men ask the driver his name, who lies on the floor bloody and that he is unable to answer due to his condition.

“Without thinking about the danger of the burning vehicle, they were able to remove the driver, who was hanging from the passenger side window, to free him from the vehicle and put him to safety,” the text reads. “The agents risked their own lives,” he adds.
