After a fire, the two fire victims Lukas Petersen and Arnulf Emmerling are taken to the emergency room of the Johannes Thal Clinic (JTK) with smoke inhalation. while dr. Emma Jahn takes care of Arnulf, Dr. Ben Ahlbeck has suffered the severe burn on Lukas’ arm. He notices an old scar on Lukas’ upper body. When he asks Lukas about it, he quickly realizes that he’s stumbled upon something that points to a dark secret in Lukas’ life.
