Witnesses revealed that while the faithful were waiting inside a mosque in Menoufia governorate in preparation to attend the Friday sermon and deliver the sermon.
While the deceased was delivering the sermon, a number of people mistreated him and one of them insulted them and tried to get him out of the mosque.
As a result, the imam suffered a psychological crisis on his way home and some families tried to apologize to him, but only a few hours passed and he died of a sudden heart attack.
