Al-Khatib added, in statements in Cairo 24, that it is necessary for this legally punishable crime to occur, before it is public so that it affects public opinion, so if the requirement of publicity is absent, such as if the act was secret, so the crime does not take place, and it may be another crime, and the publicity may be directly in front of people, or it may be shown through social media, such as direct shooting, and the other pillar is the pillar material, which is performing material actions, which can be pointing, such as a finger or hand, or gestures that carry sexual undertones, or it can be practicing actions with which this is available.
