The Mexican “influencer” Vielka Pulido, 21, and her boyfriend were murdered this Wednesday, April 3.

The crime happened in the city of Puebla, in Mexico, around 10 in the morning.

The content creator and her partner were leaving a gym and boarding their BMW that was parked a few steps away. Suddenly, a car approached them, from which a subject got out and “shot directly” at them.

Upon realizing what was happening, other people who were around began to run to seek shelter and notify the authorities.

The controversial influencer, in 2018, was nicknamed #LadyHumilladora for uploading a video where she asked a girl to kneel and ask for forgiveness, which would be her great rise to fame.

In the video, Paulina apologized for offending Vielka’s mother, Viridiana Pulido Juárez, by stating that she was a sex worker and that she had had sexual relations with the father of a mutual friend. Later, the audio version and screenshots circulated, where Vielka Pulido’s friends said they were being forced to defend her due to the viralization of the video that she herself uploaded to her Instagram.

Two days later, her mother, Elideth Viridiana Pulido Juárez, offered a public apology in which she stated that her daughter Vielka suffered from bullying and that had led her to act like this. In 2020, Vielka Pulido resurfaced on social media as an influencer who shared her luxurious lifestyle and her travels around the world. She was nicknamed “La Bendi”, the way some Mexican mothers nickname their children.
