VIDEO: Lionel Messi’s ‘DREAM’ apartment in Miami, where the garage is inside the apartment

Lionel Messi moved from Paris to Florida in July 2023 after joining Inter Miami. At the time, he brought his wife, children and cars to the exclusive Porsche Design Tower, where he has an elevator to park his cars in a private garage on the upper floor.

Messi paid nine million dollars for the apartment with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. He bought the apartment back in 2022, even before signing the contract with the American team. At that time, he was still playing for Paris Saint-Germain and had no intention of leaving France.

However, the Argentine player planned to make the move at some point as he wanted his children to go to school in the US. He even bought a luxury apartment in Miami in 2019, but it was ultimately put up for sale because he found a better option. When Messi left Europe, his apartment in Miami was waiting for him and ready for the star to move in.

The Porsche Design Tower thus became the home of the world champion and his family. The beachfront residence has an ace up its sleeve that attracts car lovers like a magnet.

Each unit in the 56-story building has its own sky garage and a car lift, allowing motorized treasures to be brought into the apartment and kept within easy reach.

In fact, it is a “dezervator” whose name is inspired by its creator Gil Dezer and offers residents direct access to their homes by car.

The apartment where the soccer star lives is about 330 square meters and has three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in an open floor plan. Messi is very strict when it comes to his personal life, so there are no photos of the interior of the apartment.

Each apartment has two to eleven parking spaces. There is no information on how many parking spaces Lionel Messi has, but he certainly needs a lot.

The football star owns an incredible Ferrari F355 S Spider Scaglietti, a Ferrari F430 Spyder, a Maserati Gran Turismo MC Stradale and a trio of Audis from his time at Barcelona. The incredible Porsche Design Tower also has an underground car park. But that’s not as interesting as parking in the air.
