In preparation for the release of his new album, Felix Kigelis has released the song “Sirdsapziņa”, for which a video has also been made. If at one point Felix had already switched to radio-friendly hand-held songs, then the new piece and also the clip is again a good hit on the listeners’ ears and eyes.
The author of the song “Sirdsapziņa” is Fēlikss Ķígelis, and the name is Ivars Sudmalis from Liepaja. “Under the pressure of the information space, the frames imposed by society, artificially dictated rules of how to live and think properly, a person often begins to act against his inner voice and his convictions, thus going against his own conscience,” Felix’s camp said. “May this song shake and awaken those who have silenced their consciences, locked them in the dark depths of their hearts, blindly believing in the formula of happiness, which has no place for honest, open and true action. Because sooner or later the voice of conscience will be heard in each of us. ”
It should be noted that the author of the very harsh video and script of the song is Felix himself, while his group’s keyboardist Gatis Ulmanis, also known in music circles as the leader of the group “Kiss Of The Dolls” Shakespeare, has almost clearly shown himself. Sweetheart Diāna Lube is responsible for the female vocals (and also the image in the clip) in the song “Sirdsapziņa”.
