The match of the 1st round of the World Cup between the United States and Wales takes place on Monday, November 21st.
The scoring of the match was opened in the 36th minute. After a split pass from Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic, the French striker from Lille, coached by former Shakhtar manager Paulo Fonseca, Timothy Weah he sent the ball into the goal and gave the American team the lead.
Interestingly, Timothy is the son of former footballer and 25th president of Liberia, George Weah Sr., who won the Ballon d’Or in 1995.
