An Australian found a 4-kilogram rock that contained a large amount of gold. The valuable find is worth 240 thousand Australian dollars.
The lucky person who hit the jackpot was equipped with a cheap metal detector, the BBC reported. He made the discovery in the fields of the state of Victoria – the heart of the Australian gold rush in the 19th century.
The lucky guy says he can’t wait to spend the windfall and only said, “My wife will be happy.”
