Before the outbreak of the corona crisis, Emirates flew up to three times a day between Dubai and Schiphol, with an A380 being used on two of the daily flights. The pandemic caused the number of flights to be significantly reduced.
Lange there was only one passenger flight per day, operated with a Boeing 777-300ER. In addition, there were (and still are) several cargo flights per day.
The A380 landed at Schiphol for the first time on Sunday afternoon. From now on, flight EK147/148 will again be operated with the superjumbo. In addition, Emirates is reintroducing the evening flight, which will be offered every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday. The Boeing 777-300ER is used on that flight.
