Véronique Capilliez’s bakery, in Bourghelles (North), is closed on weekdays. It only opens on weekends to save energy. Behind the closed curtain, Véronique took her accountant directly to the workshop. They also try to fill the simulator. But they are asked for their electricity consumption in megawatt hours while bills show it in kilowatt hours. This Wednesday Véronique received offers from competing energy suppliers. She is ready to change. “If we have to leave EDF, unfortunately, I’ve been there for 27 years, well, we will leave EDF”he resigns himself.
