A team of Italian divers from the Coast Guard managed to free a whale caught in an illegal fisherman’s net off the coast of Lipari, Italy. The alert was sent by a group of biologists specialized in turtle recovery, who informed the authorities of the situation. After its release, the cetacean was reunited with other specimens that swam nearby.
