Dr. Ayman Mokhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, thanked the Minister of Health and Population, all members of the medical team, nursing staff, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the governorate, for the efforts that were presented to him during his and his wife’s infection with the emerging coronavirus, indicating that he started receiving the treatment protocol after the fifth day of his infection. He added, in statements to “The Seventh Day”, that he was in constant communication with the deputy governor who assumed the duties of the governorate administration during his receiving the treatment protocol inside Al-Hajar Hospital, thanking him for his endurance of all the affairs of the province until returning to work again.
Dr. Ayman Mokhtar, the governor of Dakahlia, resumed his work at the governorate’s general office since seven o’clock on Monday morning.
The Governor of Dakahlia extended his deep thanks to the members of the White Army, “medical staff, nursing agencies, and all workers in the medical sector in Dakahlia and at the Republic level, indicating that they all represent the first line of defense in the face of Corona and achieving recovery for many patients in Egypt.”
The governor of Dakahlia, in a statement today, stressed the importance of citizens’ commitment to all precautionary measures, wearing masks, and implementing social divergence in the interest of public health and the safety of citizens.
He clarified that he resumed his work this morning by signing Al-Busta for some important issues, and directing a clean-up campaign to the central area of the governorate, which includes the city of Mansoura, eastern and western districts, and the city of Talkha.
The Governor of Dakahlia indicated the preparation for attending the upcoming meeting chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly via video conference, and extended his deep thanks and appreciation to the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, ministers, and governors, who were in constant contact with him to check on his health throughout the quarantine period and until he recovered.
