VIDEO: Closing shops leads to improvisation when shopping

In Suriname, shops remained closed today, after the riots and large-scale looting by rioters during Friday’s protest against the Surinamese government.

A problem for many who have to get their daily groceries. This shopkeeper has come up with something for this and allows his customers to get the necessary items despite the fact that he is closed.

He does this with a bucket and some rope. From the balcony, the shopkeeper arranges the things for his regular customers by getting them down with the bucket.
