Nearly a day after a water event overflowing the dike in Hop Thinh commune (Hiep Hoa, Bac Giang) recorded on the evening of September 11, thousands of homes in 35 villages in the area were divided. Authorities and voluntary organizations have focused on meeting people’s needs.
