It’s a bar on which fortune smiles. Two very large prizes were won in the same establishment in Levallois-Perret (Hauts-de-Seine) in the space of a month and a half, reports The Parisian.

The first jackpot, amounting to 130,000 million euros, was won on September 29 by two players thanks to a Euromillions grid validated in the Fontenoy tobacco bar. This is the biggest gain of the year in France. On October 26, almost a month later, another tandem this time won the tidy sum of 600,000 euros in a scratch game, also purchased at Fontenoy.

That was all it took to convince the superstitious. The owner of the establishment is now convinced of the existence of the lucky star of Fontenoy. “Such significant gains in the same point of sale and in such a tight time frame have not happened for ten years,” assures Céline. “Never two without three,” she says.
