VIDEO ⟩ Batņa received a serious penalty for a serious violation in the Czech championship

The Latvian striker was sentenced for harassment in the Czech extra league game on Tuesday, in which “Mountfield” from Hradeckrálova, represented by him and defender Ralf Freiberg, beat “Bili Tygrzi ” from Liberec 4: 3 (1: 1, 2) :2, 1:0).

Both Latvians scored a goal in that game, but in the middle of the second period, Batņa made an unauthorized power play against the home team’s Mihals Krutila, and was suspended for 5 + 20 minutes.

The Czech League’s Disciplinary Commission has decided to sentence Batni to four games for this breach. Therefore, the striker will be able to go on the field only on November 24 against the former champion “Dynamo” Pardubice.

This season, Batnia has played 17 games in the extra league, where he got six points (5 + 1), 35 penalty minutes and a positive efficiency coefficient of +4.

“Mountfield” has won seven victories in a row and with 30 points in 17 games they are in third place in the league table.

The Hradec Králov team will play their next match on Sunday, when they will meet Kladno “Rytiri” represented by striker Eduards Tralmak.
