Francisco Javier Carranza has a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Seville and specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has extensive experience in the field of reproductive medicine, having worked as a gynecologist in the Andalusian Health Service and, subsequently, in two other assisted reproduction clinics, holding the positions of specialist in Human Reproduction, and care director within the framework of Human Reproduction, respectively.
Since September 2024, Dr. Carranza is the new director of the southern zone at the VIDA Medicina Reproductiva Sevilla clinic, continuing his work as a gynecologist and contributing his knowledge and experience in this area of work.
Within his career, his participation in 46 scientific conferences and the authorship and co-authorship of 38 scientific publications can be highlighted. In addition, he has received several recognitions for his arduous healthcare work, such as the 1st Prize from the Royal Academy of Medicine of Seville in 2014, awards from the Andalusian Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Andalusian Society of Contraception.
