The blade design symbolizes the shape of ancient stone tools that were used for cutting, drilling, skinning and other tasks in prehistoric times. The rounded edge of the blade protrudes slightly from the body of the Swiss Army Knife, giving this limited edition Swiss Army Knife a truly unique design. Furthermore, when the various tools are arranged together in the correct order, the silhouette presented is like a fig leaf, which is a metaphor for Adam and Eve, thus making a connection with the central concept of “origin”. This Swiss Army Knife is limited to 3,000 pieces worldwide and only 198 are sold in China. The Army Knife is individually numbered, so each limited edition Swiss Army Knife is unique.
The ancient Stone Age theme is also reflected in the limited edition Swiss Army Knife from Off-White™ c/o Victorinox, which uses a new material that has never been used on a Swiss Army Knife. Corian® Solid Surface is a solid, non-porous and homogeneous panel composed of a mixture of resin and natural minerals. This natural mineral consists of aluminum hydroxide derived from bauxite. Bauxite is an aluminum-rich sedimentary rock that is commonly used to mine aluminum. The surface of the Corian® handle resembles real stone in terms of feel, weight and matte finish, and is scratch resistant and durable.

The front handle is embossed with the Victorinox cross-shield logo and other iconic symbols representing the brand’s heritage, as well as the name and launch year of this limited edition Swiss Army knife. On the reverse, the face of the hilt is stamped with a series of motifs representing the evolution from stone to tool.

Off-White™ invited Victorinox to create an exclusive limited edition Swiss army knife to serve as the centerpiece of its “Equipment™” line. “Equipment™” is a collaboration between Off-White™ and Post Archive Faction (PAF). PAF is a famous Korean menswear brand founded in 2018 by Dongjoon Lim and Sookyo Jeong.
With strong support from Virgil Abloh, the two brands worked together over the next two years to create this unique Swiss Army Knife with innovative elements never before used on a Swiss Army Knife.
