According to David, Victoria lives on grilled fish and steamed vegetables. “Unfortunately, I am married to someone who has been eating the same thing every day for 25 years. Since I’ve known her she only eats grilled fish and steamed vegetables and she really never deviates from that,” he says in an Access podcast.

But Victoria’s eating habits aren’t that boring, she says. In Vogue she defends herself: “What he meant is that he has never met anyone more disciplined than me when it comes to a healthy diet. I eat a lot of healthy fats: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I also just drink alcohol unless there is a reason not to. Then I take three to six months to detox, so I don’t drink a drop of alcohol.” Discipline is key to Victoria’s figure: “I’m pretty extreme in everything I do, whether that’s exercising, drinking or not drinking.” The singer also has skin supplements, collagen powder in her coffee and a glass of apple cider vinegar on the menu every day. She swears by it and will never deviate from it.
