David recently opened up about his wife’s eating habits. “Unfortunately, I am married to someone who has been eating the same thing every day for twenty-five years. Since I met her, she only eats grilled fish and steamed vegetables and she hardly ever deviates from that.”

The verdict was of course food for headlines, but according to Victoria it is not that bad. “I sound very boring that way,” she remarks. “What he meant is that he’s never met anyone more disciplined than me when it comes to healthy eating.” Victoria says she eats more than just vegetables and fish. “I eat a lot of healthy fats: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I also just drink alcohol unless there’s a reason not to. Then I take three to six months to detox, so I don’t drink drop of alcohol.”

Victoria admits that she is quite strict with herself. “I’m pretty extreme in everything I do, whether that’s exercising, drinking or not drinking.” For example, Victoria says that she takes Augustine Bader skin supplements every day and is the first to drink a glass of pure apple cider vinegar as soon as she wakes up. She also puts standard collagen powder in her coffee. She spends half an hour on the treadmill before taking her daughter to school and as soon as she returns home she does strength training with a personal trainer. In short: a very strict regime…
