The Bucharest Court admitted, on Wednesday, the appeal of Victor Pițurcă, the former selector of the Romanian national football team, and lifted the measure of judicial control ordered in his case.
The court’s decision is final.
We remind you that Victor Pițurcă, his son Alexandru Pițurcă and the head of Romarm Gabriel Țuțu were detained for 24 hours, being accused by DNA in a case in which the prosecutors claim that non-compliant anti-Covid protective masks that could not have been used would were transacted through the company of Pițurcă jr. and sent to hospitals subordinate to the Ministry of Defense.
