Víctor Elías clarifies the controversy over the tribute to Rocío Jurado

After several days of much speculation, Víctor Elías has wanted to clarify the controversy that has been splashing him since last May 12 when the popular actor appeared on social networks to make a public complaint against the tribute concert to Rocío Jurado in Seville. The artist, who had participated in the other event held in Madrid, showed his discontent after being separated from the one in the Andalusian capital.

In the first place, Víctor Elías wanted to disassociate Rocío Carrasco and her partner, Fidel Albiac, from this whole affair. “I have not made more controversy. At no time did I mention Rocío or Fidel, it was nothing with them, ”he begins by saying to ‘Europa Press’. “Simply, as in all professions, there are frictions between colleagues and I decided to use social networks, with the freedom they have, always without disrespecting anyone, saying how I felt. Sometimes we always show how well we are and we forget that the networks are also used to report facts or do this type of thing, ”she adds.

And it is that the words of Víctor Elías point directly to the organization since, through a cheaper counter offer, the promoter of the event decided to replace the artist and his band with another professional colleague. “Today a beautiful tribute is celebrated in which an Andalusian colleague, knowing that there was a band with everything done and arranged in Madrid, decided to sell himself for a third of what it costs”, wrote the actor of ‘Los Serrano’ in his profile of Instagram on May 12, one day after the tribute to the greatest.
