Melinda Sari (20), a victim of the exhibitionist behavior of masturbating men on a motorbike, admitted that she was desperate to take the video of the depraved act because she wanted to reveal the identity of the perpetrator. The video is planned to be evidence of the immoral act.
“Yes, on his own initiative. As evidence before reporting to the police. Hopefully he will be caught,” he told detikcom when confirmed, Saturday (10/30/2021).
Melinda admitted that she was shocked after seeing the perpetrator performing the action in front of her workplace, the Bi0-Check Laboratory. But a moment later he was desperate to capture the moment the perpetrator committed the immoral act. Not only that, he approached and chased the perpetrators away.
“Yes, actually he was afraid. But if we saw him instead, he was desperate to show his actions. I ended up recording a video. Maybe he realized that when I recorded him he was scared and left. When I was afraid, I immediately dared to approach and chase the perpetrators away,” he added.
Suddenly, the culprit ran away. But unfortunately, the victim did not have time to record the license plate of the perpetrator’s motorcycle. This is because the condition of the front where he works is dark.
“In front of the dark at that time, I wanted to see the number plate, I couldn’t see it, why didn’t you memorize it, if there was one, I would immediately report it,” he concluded.
