Celebrity Vicky Prasetyo reported by his ex-wife, Vivi Paris regarding alleged fraud and embezzlement of Polda Metro Jaya, Monday (10/1).
Vivi’s lawyer, Faisal, said that this report was related to the invitation for cooperation submitted by Vicky with his client.
The cooperation, said Faisal, is related to the business of a club. In this collaboration, Vicky also promised Vivi a number of benefits.
“Never mind the profits, we don’t know the club until now. So starting from that we suspected that Vicky had committed fraud and embezzlement,” said Faisal at the Polda Metro Jaya, Monday (10/1).
Faisal said that his party had sent a subpoena to Vicky before making this report. However, the subpoena was ignored by Vicky.
On that basis, Vivi finally decided to take legal action to resolve the problem with Vicky.
“We have to take legal steps, there is proof of transfer and there is also an admission of care between Ms. Vivi and Mr. Vicky,” said Vivi.
On the same occasion, Vivi Paris, after this report, Vicky no longer repeated his actions. He also hopes for Vicky’s good faith to be able to solve this problem.
“The message to VP is never to do something like this again, because everyone has bad luck, now since yesterday I personally have met him well and brought his child, moreover I’m a mother who should be at home taking care of the children but now I’m taking care of Vicky instead. this case,” he said.
The report against Vicky was registered with the number LP/B/146/1/2022/SPKT Polda Metro Jaya dated January 10, 2020. In the report, Prasetyo was reported to have violated Article 378 of the Criminal Code and Article 372 of the Criminal Code.
