Dear Samsung community, I am speaking to you because I solved a problem so several Samsung users could not understand why WhatsApp calls in vibrate mode did not work when you received a call…. even with the vibrator disabled, When we wanted to dissociate the ringtone from vibrate mode separately, if we deactivate the vibrator in ringtone the phone rang but we only saw the call in front of the gap no vibration appears Falais activated ringtone and vibrator at the same time so that the notification calls WhatsApp Vibrates and rings at the same time but many did not like this setting but wanted the phone to ring only in (ring mode) and the phone only vibrates in (vibrate mode) this did not work because Samsung over time creates an update which old smartphones had in the settings via WhatsApp which no longer exist since certain models the S21 S22 S23 S24 ect… until today. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10e and the old One UI version Allows you to vibrate the smartphone in WhatsApp calls and messages in vibrate mode here is a screenshot of the notification setting on WhatsApp which no longer exists today with the new One UI versions
Thanks to this setting, you just have to mark it as default or choose the type of short or long vibrator but unfortunately this setting no longer exists on very recent Samsung phones from the S21 or S22 until the last one. can’t find this problem, even Samsung, after having contacted customer service multiple times, was unable to resolve the problem.
I hope this will have helped Samsung to correct this big flaw. That they did not know how to correct it on their latest smartphone, hoping for those who have the latest Samsungs, I wish you all good success…
