Member of DPRD DKI Jakarta Viani Limardi still attending meetings at the DKI DPRD on behalf of the ‘Jakarta People’s Faction’. PSI, as the party that brought Viani to the DKI DPRD, opened its vote.
“As I have said, since September 25, 2021, Viani is no longer part of PSI,” said PSI DPP Chair Isyana Bagoes Oka to reporters, Tuesday (5/10/2021).
Isyana said that currently the DPP is still processing Viani’s dismissal letter, which will later be sent to the DKI DPRD. Isyana ensured that there were no problems regarding Viani’s dismissal, only that they were still waiting for the signatures of the general chairman and secretary general.
“It’s not a matter of signing, but we are waiting for the signature of the chairman and secretary general,” said Isyana.
“It’s really an internal process. So this is not a problem at all,” he added.
Meanwhile, Deputy Chairman of the PSI faction of the DKI DPRD, Justin Adrian, admitted that he appreciated Viani’s presence in the meeting. Because administratively, Viani is still listed as a member of the DKI DPRD for the PSI Faction.
“I appreciate Sis Viani’s presence at the Commission D meeting, because I think at this time she is administratively still listed as a member of the DPRD, still receiving salaries and allowances,” said Deputy Chairman of the PSI faction of the DKI DPRD, Justin Adrian, to reporters on Tuesday ( 6/10/2021).
“So I think his participation as a board in the working meeting is the right thing to do while waiting for the changeover process that is still ongoing,” he continued.
Previously, Viani Limardi attended the meeting of Commission D DPRD DKI together with the Department of Water Resources (SDA). When conveying his views, Viani introduced himself from the Jakarta people’s faction.
“Thank you, Leader, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, I am Viani Limardi from the DKI Jakarta people’s faction,” said Viani in the meeting.
