There is a shortage of qualified personnel throughout Switzerland. Everyone is interested: IT, sales, logistics, healthcare. One way to counter the shortage is to train young people. Large companies such as Ikea or Migros have already recognized the potential of social media. They try to collect post-millennials where they are: on YouTube, Tiktok and Snapchat.
