With dozens of online courses, the Offenbach Adult Education Center shows how lessons can work in times of the Corona virus.
The Offenbach Adult Education Center (VHS) is showing how lessons can work in times of the corona pandemic and lockdown.
The VHS now offers dozens of virtual courses, from online painting courses and language courses to “Zumba Fitness”, a training program that combines aerobics with fast dances. In addition, the VHS Offenbach regularly offers online lectures. An example: On Monday, February 22nd, at 7.30 pm, a free lecture will begin on racism in the USA, the “original sin of democracy in the United States,” as the announcement says. The speaker is the LMU professor and America expert Michael Hochgeschwender. Most online events are offered via the vhs.cloud learning platform; Participants will receive instructions on how to register if they register for a course.
If that is not enough for you, you can find out more at the event “Visit online courses with the vhs.cloud” (Tuesday, March 2nd, 3 pm).
The whole program is available at www.vhs-offenbach.de. Registrations at 069/806 53 14 or by email to [email protected].
