Armel Bella-Kotchap, who was surprisingly included in Germany’s 2022 World Cup squad, has been one of the consistent candidates for a return to the Bundesliga over the past year and a half. After rumors about Frankfurt, Dortmund or Bayern in the summer of 2023, VfB Stuttgart and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim now seem to have put out feelers for the 22-year-old central defender.
