A few hours before the first green light of the first free practice of the Formula 1 Mexican Grand Prix. Lchoose Hamiltonas well as Charles Leclerc, returned to the episode of the disqualification of his car in Austin: “They only checked our cars, I’m sure that others had irregularities, but they got away with it.” Max Verstappen responded to boos on the podium in the United States: “During the anthem it’s disrespectful.”
The words of the protagonists arrive in view of the Formula 1 Mexican Grand Prix, scheduled for this weekend. Lewis Hamilton was rather frustrated with what happened in Austin, with the disqualification of his car (as well as Charles Leclerc’s Ferrari): “It had been an extremely positive weekend, I also thought we could win the race. But when we take one step forward there is always something that makes us take two steps back. It’s crazy that they only checked four single-seaters and found the irregularities, I’m sure that other cars weren’t up to standard, but they got away with it.”
The final of the United States Grand Prix was also bittersweet for Max Verstappen, who responded to the question relating to the boos: “I don’t know if they were aimed directly at me, but what is certain is that we need to create awareness. Especially shouting out loud during the anthem, it’s disrespectful.” The World Champion then closed his relationship with him
Perez: “We helped each other, we help each other and give each other advice. I hope Checo can finish second in the world championship, he has an excellent chance, we would do something incredible that RedBull hasn’t done yet.”
