After a six-year break, Veronika Arichteva nodded at a joint project with her husband Biser Arichtev. Although the actress and 3in1 star were very worried and refused to shoot the series at first, she eventually managed the time-consuming role of number one and only remembers it in a good way. We asked Veronika how she was able to combine her son’s care with filming and how she worked with Biser after so many years.
Veronika Arichteva and Biser Arichtev are proud parents of their one-and-a-half-year-old son Luka, and family is everything to them. Therefore, when the offer came for the joint filming of the series About Me Don’t Be Afraid, they both initially hesitated whether they could get babysitting for their son, and Veronika admits that the idea first came to them unrealistic.
“At first we refused. It was a lot of filming days and Bisi and I both agreed that it probably wouldn’t work. But the production persuaded me for so long that I finally nodded at it,” the actress told us that in the end it is very glad she didn’t let herself be scared.
“We managed to get babysitting, grandmothers, nannies, and even though I was afraid of it at first, because like every mother, of course, I was afraid if she wouldn’t cry or he would be sad. “So he enjoyed it. Everyone paid full attention to him and fortunately he was never sick and everything turned out great,” Arichteva described how they solved the babysitting.

“Filming with Bisi was very nice. I recognize my husband not only as my partner, but also as a director. I like the way he works with actors and that he has an individual approach to everything. However, the actress adds that two months of filming was definitely not a walk in the rose garden.
“It was quite demanding, in fact it was one big preparation. I had to learn the lyrics, I came home late in the evening and got up early in the morning again. “I would say that I grew a few years old in those two months,” she concluded with a laugh.
