TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Corruption Eradication Commission Investigator Baswedan’s novel congratulate President Joko Widodo or Jokowi on the verdict of two perpetrators of hard watering, Rahmat Kadir Mahulette and Ronny Bugis who were considered inappropriate. According to Novel, Jokowi managed to keep the perpetrators of crime in hiding and ready to do it again.

Previously, the Panel of Judges of the North Jakarta District Court sentenced Rahmat Kadir to 2 years in prison and Ronny Bugis to one year and six months in prison for being proven to be splashing hard water on Novel’s face.
From the beginning, Novel and civil society groups considered the trial merely an act. This belief arises because Novel saw many irregularities during the investigation process until the trial. For example, about witnesses and evidence that was not presented to the trial.
A member of the Novel case advocacy team, Fatia Maulidiyanti, assessed that the trial was only held to justify all the arguments and excuses of the defendants. The aim is to hide the intellectual actor behind the attack.
The novel said that it had long been obtained information from various sources, that the verdict for the perpetrators watering hard water won’t be more than two years old. He said from this session a conclusion could be drawn, that Indonesia was a dangerous country for those who wanted to eradicate corruption.
