The initially verbal arguments between several men and a taxi driver culminated in a physical argument on Sunday evening (May 15) on Nieder-Ramstädter Straße.
According to initial investigations, several men are said to have thrown a drink cup at a taxi around 9 p.m. The 25-year-old taxi driver then spoke to the men about the situation, which led to verbal arguments. According to the current state of knowledge, a 64-year-old is said to have attacked the 25-year-old taxi driver and, among other things, hit him in the face.
An alerted patrol from the 2nd police station in Darmstadt then initiated investigations, among other things, on the suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
