A verbal dispute between two men on the Brooklyn subway turned violent after one of the men attacked the other with a machete.
The incident occurred at the Bed-Stuy station, around 1:00 in the morning this Sunday, inside a train carriage.
Although all the details are not confirmed, the New York Police arrested the owner of the machete and confiscated the knife. He now faces charges of assault and illegal possession of weapons.
The 28-year-old victim was taken to a hospital, allegedly with injuries to his arm and shoulder. However, she is expected to make an uneventful recovery.
