A total of thirty-five companies in the municipality of Veracruz join together in a laudable initiative to allocate spaces in their businesses to the sale of rosé wine.
The funds raised will be used to purchase mammograms, thus contributing to the fight against breast cancer.
The Morena councilor of the Veracruz City Council, Lissethe Martínez Echeverría, explained that part of the resources obtained will be allocated to María Isabel, a brave fighter against the disease who is now in the process of recovery.
The goal is to surpass last year’s figure, when more than eighty mammograms were donated to women in the metropolitan area of Veracruz, Boca del Río and Medellín.
For this year, the goal is to reach two hundred mammograms and provide a minimum of three months of treatment for María Isabel, who continues on her path to recovery.
Through the Women of Social Impact Foundation, Lissethe Martínez and her team carry out various activities year after year in support of women and their families, focusing mainly on health, entrepreneurship and empowerment issues.
The rosé wine will be available at a price of 200 pesos and the official sale will take place from October 21 to November 15.
Those interested in acquiring it can find more information on the social networks of the Women of Social Impact Foundation, where women interested in obtaining a free mammography can also register.
