Vera Brezhneva’s New Year’s Performance Cut from Ukrainian TV Broadcast, Reports “Muzvar” Telegram Channel

The performance of singer Vera Brezhneva, who now appears on stage under the name VERA, was cut from the New Year’s broadcast of the Musical Platform, which was broadcast by the Ukrainian TV channel 1+1. About it reports Telegram channel “Muzvar”.

The former lead singer of the group “VIA Gra” performed her new song “Thank You” (“Dyakuyu”), as expected, in Ukrainian. At the same time, Brezhneva’s performance was left in the YouTube version of the concert.

TV channels have enough scandals with their “standard projects” to rake in musical “guests,” the telegram channel explained.

As reported EADailylast spring Brezhnev and her husband Konstantin Meladze left Russia, the couple later separated. In June of this year, Brezhneva lost her status as an individual entrepreneur in Russia. The reason for closing the IP was stated that the singer’s document for the right to reside in the Russian Federation was cancelled.

In early October, Brezhnev released her first “mini-album” in Ukrainian.

On November 1, the singer launched an online platform for women, kooma (probably “Kuma”). You can access the Telegram channel with useful information about tariffs, programs and events only after providing the bot with your phone number. All information is in Ukrainian. The most interesting thing is the price for participants. Three tariff options per month – $15, 45 and 300.

In December it became known that Brezhnev had lost her last business in Russia. We are talking about the Myseasons women’s clothing boutique, which the artist opened together with the designer Hanna Khmeleva in St. Petersburg.
