“Vent d’histoire Association Holds Successful General Meeting in Pradelles-en-Val”

This Saturday, May 6, at the Armand-Alves room in Pradelles-en-Val, the Vent d’histoire association held its general meeting. President Annie Lecerf, after welcoming, gave an update on 2022 activities and recalled the presentation by Jean Zammit, doctor and archaeologist concerning the Bourdasso dolmen, as well as that of Yolande de Bouver, on the great and little history of Pradelles-en-Val.

Then the financial situation and its positive results were presented. The cash was fed by contributions as well as subsidies paid, in particular by the municipalities of Villetritouls and Villar-en-Val. Both reports were approved.

Following the resignation of Marie Pioch as treasurer, Patricia Vogel has agreed to replace her. In miscellaneous matters, Jean Zammit was designated honorary member. The membership fee remains at €20. It was proposed a conference on the history of Montlaur and a collaboration with the Veterans of the village for November 11, visits to the archaeological museum of Bram and Villerouge-Termenès.
