Venom 3: New Details Revealed – Toxin Rumored as Villain

Superhero fans are eagerly awaiting any news about “Venom 3”. The upcoming sequel with Tom Hardy is getting closer and new details are coming to light. According to a rumor, the film’s villain may also have been revealed. You can find out who it is and what else you should know about “Venom 3” in this article.

“Venom 3” was announced in 2022 and has been going through the development phases since then. Tom Hardy also shared an announcement about the sequel on his personal Instagram page. And since then, the Hollywood star has also been seen in pictures or short clips from the film set. Journalist Eddie Brock once again works with the alien Venom to assert himself against new threats.

Now there’s a possible clue as to which villain might stand in their way. Like, among other things Screen Rant Reportedly, a logo for “Venom 3” was recently released. The logo design is reminiscent of Toxin, a character from Marvel Comics. In the fight between good and evil, he appears both as a hero and as an anti-hero. There were already hints of Toxin’s possible appearance in the second film “Venom: Let There Be Carnage”. As a descendant of Carnage, Toxin could therefore use Detective Patrick Mulligan (Stephen Graham) as a host. We also saw Mulligan in “Venom 2” and could definitely be considered as a new villain after Carnage’s death. As long as there is no official confirmation, this is just a rumor. After all, other villains from the comic could also appear. This includes characters like Scream, Knull, the Fortunato crime family and more. Time will tell which opponent, or possibly even several enemies, Sony will choose for “Venom 3”. According to current status, “Venom 3” will be released in cinemas from November 7th, 2024. There is currently no official trailer for “Venom 3”.
