VENICEBEAUTY is a young, fast-growing cosmetics start-up from Berlin. Our vision is to bring the effortless California feeling home. We develop easy-to-use beauty products that can be used without a lot of tools and provide our signature glow: High Performance, Easy Application.
We sell our cosmetic products in our own online shop, Douglas and other online marketplaces in the DACH area.
Our mission really is exciting and innovative products to develop so that our website and our social media accounts become places for inspiration and new trends.

We are looking in Sales/Marketing area someone as a working student for our team and we look forward to receiving you and your application, including your CV and letter of motivation.
Tasks
- You are our contact person for influencers who post for us monthly
- You independently search for, negotiate and book creators who fit our brand well
- You are responsible for good collaboration with influencers and managers to enable long-term collaborations
- You create and send briefings to the creators to guarantee the best-performing content
- You create reports about your influencers and their performance
- You have a good overview of the month and constantly book new deals for an exponentially growing performance
qualification
- You speak German natively or fluently
- Analytical understanding of KPIs that are crucial for performance and optimization
- You are very organized and can always keep an overview of your tasks and ideas
- You are always informed about the latest trends in the beauty world
- You are interested in e-commerce and innovative brands and marketing concepts
- You work carefully, responsibly and are willing to take on your own projects
- You are an open person and are not afraid to get in touch with new cooperation partners
