Great Mexican baseball players! Mexico gave it their all in the semifinals of the Little League World Series in Williamsport: after beating Cuba 6-4, the team from Matamoros (Tamaulipas) that represents the country now faced Venezuela and fell 11-3.
Venezuela had defeated Aruba 2-1, while in the duel against Cuba, Mexico came back when Antonio Guerrero hit a three-run homer and Ulises Ortiz hit a home run that led them to dream big in the baseball tournament this Wednesday, August 21.

Venezuela beats Mexico 11-3, the Barquisimeto little league team is in its eighth semifinal since 2001, will face Japan in the tournament.
The Matamoros team was defeated for the second time by Venezuela, they fought for a rematch that never came, since on August 16 in the ninth game of the series, the Mexicans lost 10 to 0 to the Venezuelans.
