The police set dancer Velline Chu and her husband with the initials BH as suspects in abuse cases narcotics.
Both were arrested at his residence located in Jati Sampurna, Bekasi City on Saturday (8/1) around 22.00 WIB.
“The first suspect is a male bra, the second is Velline Chu,” said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E Zulpan at a press conference, Monday (10/1).
From the results of the urine test, said Zulpan, both were proven positive for consuming methamphetamine drugs. In addition, during the examination process, both of them have also admitted consuming the illicit goods.
During the arrest, the police also confiscated a number of pieces of evidence. Among other things, a clip of methamphetamine with a gross weight of 0.08 grams, a glass pipette, a glass bong, a plastic bong and a cellphone.
In this case, the two suspects were charged with Article 112 paragraph 1 subsidiary Article 127 paragraph 1 letter a in conjunction with Article 132 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics.
Previously, the news of the arrest of the dangdut singer was confirmed by the Head of Drugs at the South Jakarta Police, Kompol Ahmad Akbar.
