Actor and businessman Juraj Ďurdiak (70) changed very different professions during his life. From film and theater actor, through manager, entrepreneur, teacher, photographer and many others. He had a sister four years older, also an actress, Judita Ďurdiaková. Unfortunately, she tragically died a few days before her 44th birthday, already in 1995. In the beginning of Ďurdiak’s business, it was her husband who helped him. For some time he was also the owner of the well-known Bratislava café U Anjelov.
In 2003 he began to pass on his acting experience as a teacher at State Conservatories v Bratislava. He also worked as an art director for some time New stage theatres and then as director and manager Study L+S, where he suffered a stroke 14 years ago when he was fifty-six years old. However, the actor is still dealing with the aftermath of him to this day. To make matters worse, he also had heart problems years ago.
He is still active as an actor, but probably few people realize that he is “Prince Velen” on screen. You may have noticed this in a romantic comedy novel for women, where he played the German Hans. Currently, viewers can see him in the latest series of the Slovakian series HOSPITAL.
