The VdK branch in Wrelsburg on Gabelsberger Strae in Grombhl will remain closed to the public until 10 May. From Monday, May 11th, social law consultations will take place again. But only after making an appointment by phone.
Because the number of members who are in the room at the same time is still limited for reasons of health protection. For this reason, the VdK points out in a press release that it is possible to continue to receive advice by phone or email.
“We have had very good experiences with this range of services for our members in the past few weeks,” said district manager Christiane Straub. Even in Corona times, the VdK team ensures that no important appointments for members of social authorities or courts are missed. Questions about pensions, severe disabilities and care are also answered and appropriate applications and procedures are initiated.
Members who come to the office for advice are requested to enter the office only with a nose and throat covering. The general hygiene and safety standards are observed there to protect visitors and employees.
