Last month, the proposal was again cited by Groen, as a counterbalance to the high fuel prices, but in the end the postponement became a cancellation: during the budget review, the federal government decided last week to cancel the VAT reduction on bicycles. That decision is today formalized by the publication of a Royal Decree in the Official Gazette.
