“Prof. Gerdzhikov will be very distant from GERB, including as a political vision. I don’t think he will be the person who will be remote from Borisovas well as other candidates whom Borisov nominated and pushed to leading political positions,” commented Tonchev in the program “Before Everyone”.
In his words, Gerdzhikov’s presence in political life will put DB in a difficult position.
„GERB just managed to overtake them, Borisov turned out to be politically more agile. A large part of their electorate, associates will support Anastas Gerdzhikov.”
Regarding the new political formation – “We are continuing the change”, the sociologist predicts that there will be a “quite serious pushback” against them.

The main reserve of the new formation will come from the people who were disgusted by politics and did not go to the polls in the elections this year, believes Vasil Tonchev. According to him, the most erosion in support will be present at ITN.

Finally, a regular cabinet will be formed, most likely supported by 4 formations based on the fragmentation in the political space, Vasil Tonchev is optimistic.
