Two weeks ago, suspected cases of the South African virus mutation appeared for the first time in the city of Salzburg and Flachgau. These cases have now been confirmed with sequencing. He has findings on this, says laboratory physician Hans Georg Mustafa. He has not yet confirmed the suspected Brazilian virus mutation. It would be the first such case in Austria. The mutation was only found in retrospect in a healthy person. According to SN information, the case could be traced back to another from Flachgau.
