The Au son de l’Yon festival continues every Thursday until August 24th.
Two concerts are scheduled for Thursday August 17 at the Moulin de Rambourg, in Nesmy (Vendée). The first will take place at 7:30 p.m. The second will follow around 9:15 p.m., 9:30 p.m.
For the first part of the evening, we will find Vanzo. It is, according to the organizers, “one of the rising stars of dancehall Jamaica”.
The singer is part of a style ranging from RnB to jazz, through dancehall or hip-hop.
Lidiop will take over. He is a singer “rocked from childhood by the cultural and musical richness of his native land, Senegal”. He is inspired as much by traditional Senegalese songs as by Jamaican hits.
